We’re a network of independent pool professionals who believe great pool care should be simple, reliable, and fairly priced.

The Poolsyde Collective brings together experienced local Certified Pool Operators under one shared standard of customer excellence—quality service, transparent pricing, and scheduling that actually works for real life. We call them Poolsyders. Through our app-led approach, customers get clear communication, easy booking, and consistent results, while each Collective member runs their own business with pride and autonomy.

Think of it as pool care with community at its core: independent experts, stronger together, keeping pools crystal clear across Orlando and beyond.

How does it work?

FOR POOLSYDERS

Poolsyders are experienced pool pros who, like everyone in the Collective, believe that our customers are crucial to our success.

Poolsyders run their own independent businesses, using the Poolsyde Tech platform to:

  • Manage and optimize routes

  • Communicate with customers

  • Record service reports

  • Get paid, or pay employed Techs/contractors

Poolsyde also provides Poolsyders with:

  • New customers via our sales and marketing strategy

  • 7-days-a-week customer support for their customers (email, phone and live chat)

  • Tax reporting

FOR CUSTOMERS

Customers have access to the Poolsyde customer app, where they can track and amend their pool service bookings.

For weekly pool service customers are billed a monthly subscription fee, with all other bookings billed at the point of service.

Via the Poolsyde app they have easy access to all their service reports, as well as live tracking so they can see real-time updates of their Poolsyder’s arrival window.

Our promise to members

We promise to provide you and your customers with cutting-edge technology complimented by dedicated support agents every day, to handle all your customer communication. We will take care of your customer billing by card, autopay, ACH, Zelle or check, and provide you with weekly payouts. We will leverage our marketing and sales efforts to grow your business. Each year we will provide you with everything you need to file your taxes.

Pre-requisites for members

We don’t have too many rules, but those we do have are designed to make sure that every customer using the Poolsyde app receives the same level of professional, expert service, packed with integrity, heart and soul.

Here’s what you need:

  • An existing pool service business

  • A current CPO accreditation, or to be studying for one*

  • A “professional-looking” service vehicle

  • General liability insurance for pool service

Member commitments

When you’re in The Poolsyde Collective, you’re part of an exciting journey to build a better, more inclusive and trusted pool service industry.

Here’s what we ask of all members:

  • Always aim to deliver service within the time window it’s booked for (and send a message to the customer via our app, or our Poolsyder Support team, if it’s not possible)

  • Wear Poolsyde branded shirts and/or hats when servicing pools

  • Display Poolsyde Collective magnets on your service vehicle (alongside your own branding, if you have it)

  • Leave pools safe and clean after each service, including balanced chlorine/salt and CYA (stabilizer)

  • Check equipment for leaks and safety each visit

  • Clean filter cartridges at least every six weeks

  • Write helpful reports for customers after each visit

Membership pricing

SUBSCRIPTION-BASED MEMBERSHIP

PERCENTAGE-BASED MEMBERSHIP

As a subscription-based member of The Poolsyde Collective, you pay a fixed fee of $750 per month for up to 200 customers, or $850 per month for over 200 customers. This covers access to 100% of member benefits.

As a percentage-based member of The Poolsyde Collective, we deduct 12% of your Poolsyde income from your payouts. For companies with fewer than 50-60 pools, this is usually cheaper, and still covers access to 100% of member benefits.

In addition to membership fees, you also agree to pay penalty fees under the following conditions:

  • You arrive more than three hours late for a service without advising the customer

  • You receive a negative online review

  • You incur “points” for violating our pre-requisites and commitments.
