One of our awesome, experience Poolsyders will visit your pool to make sure it’s clean, safe and hygienic.
For most customers we recommend weekly service, which means you pay a small, fixed fee every month, and we'll visit your yard every week, on a fixed day. It means you never have to worry about complex chemical equations, scrubbing your pool or cleaning your filter. We do all the work, so you don't have to.
For most residential pools our monthly fee is around $125, which works out at $29.07 per service.

Nope. All we need is access to your pool, for example via a screen door or gate, along with any lockbox or keypad codes.
Our comprehensive insurance covers you and our Poolsyders. Of course, if you'd like to be present when we visit, that's cool, too.
If you live in a gated community, you may need to register Poolsyde with your neighborhood's guards.

All of our equipment is battery powered, so we don't need access to a power supply.
The Florida heat does often cause evaporation which means your pool water may need to be topped up every week or two. For this we'll need access to your water supply and hose pipe. Depending on your water pressure, we may need to leave before your top-up is complete. If this is the case we'll connect a timer switch to your hose pipe so the water supply shuts off automatically. If you have a timer switch already, that's great! If not, we'll leave one of our spares with you and grab it back the next week.

Of course! For most residential pools, weekly service is about right, although pools that are used a lot, especially by kiddos or vacation renters, or for very large pools, we may need to visit more regularly. We'll discuss this with you before we start your service.
Via our website, app, or over the phone, you can also book one-off Poolsyde visits, either for a day in the future, or even TODAY!

It’s 7/7/7, baby! We operate seven days a week, from 7am to 7pm.
We do need to be able to see well to service your pool, so during the winter months we’ll need your poolside to be well lit if you request service after 5pm.

Pool service is a low-margin business, so, to protect our company, we do need to consider discounts on a case-by-case basis. We currently offer serving US Military Personnel and Veterans one free month of pool service every year. Contact us for deets.
