Are you buying or selling a home with a pool? Maybe your pool is showing signs of age and you’d like peace of mind? Or perhaps you have specific concerns? Our pool audit service may be for you!
Although specific routine pool inspections are not required in Florida, our audit is designed to help you make sure that:
Your pool, pool deck and enclosures (screens and fences) are to-code;
Your pool equipment is working safely and efficiently, with no electrical hazards or faulty equipment;
Your pump system is moving enough water through the pool to ensure proper turnover (the speed at which the entire water volume in your pool is passed through the filter);
Your pool surfaces are in a reasonable condition and hazard-free;
Steps, railings, drain covers and skimmers are in a safe condition;
There is sufficient lighting for nighttime pool use;
Your pool is leak-free;
All chemicals are well-balanced and the water is safe and hygienic.
How does it work?
One of our Certified Pool Operators will visit your poolside to inspect every aspect of your poolside. The inspection usually takes about 2-3 hours and you’ll receive the report the same day. They’ll also perform an optional leak assesment, which involves marking the water level on day one and returning to your pool 3-4 days later to check for any unusual water loss.
How much does it cost?
Thorough pool audit without leak detection: $195
Thorough pool audit with leak detection: $225
